CAT6 Solid F/FTP Network Cable

• F/UTP An overall foil shield (F) with unscreened twisted pairs (UTP). F/UTP cables are common in 10GBaseT applications.
• CAT6 - 1Gbps max transmission speed at 100m, 250MHz
• Cat6 cables support higher bandwidths than Cat5 or Cat5e and have a different construction. Cat 6 cables are wound tighter than those of their predecessors and are often outfitted with foil or braided shielding. This shielding protects the twisted pairs, helping to prevent crosstalk and noise interference. Cat-6 cables can technically support speeds up to 10 Gbps, but can only do so for distances of up to 55 meters.

Warranty

Different brands of cables have warranty between 5 and 25 years . The warranty of a network cable implies that the manufacturer guarantees consistent flow of data through this cable for the amount of years of the warranty. But since the cable is consumable for the purpose of our definition of warranty we will display on our product pages “no warranty”.
