With up to 9 hours battery life**, the R940 is designed to go long distances. High-stiffness resin casing combined with an innovative inbuilt honeycomb structure, a spill-resistant keyboard***, and advanced Toshiba business features, help to protect the laptop and its data from shocks and drops. And you won't miss any office comforts thanks to the 35.6cm (14”) non-reflective screen with LED backlighting and a spill-resistant keyboard. We even fit in a DVD drive.

This laptop features one USB 2.0 and two USB 3.0 ports for fast data transfer. USB Sleep-and-Charge lets you recharge your mobile devices without switching the computer on. If you need to transfer large files over your network quickly, then you'll love the built-in Gigabit LAN adapter. Bluetooth 4.0 means you can sync your mobile devices without a cable and make video calls using a wireless headset. The Display Port and RGB connections give you maximum flexibility when connecting to display devices.
