Emergency Power Failure Lighting
Light in a Power CutDuring a power cut, the lighting head switches to its internal rechargeable battery, providing emergency lighting for approx. 4 hours. The head can then be easily located and removed from the base unit to provide an emergency torch.
Low Level Night Light
On at Dusk, Off at DawnIn every day use, Safe-T-Light provides non intrusive lighting during the hours of darkness. Its light sensor switches on the lighting head as darkness falls, providing safety lighting for hallways, stairs, etc. Very economical: uses less than one watt. If you don't want the unit to act as a night light, switch off the torch - it will continue to charge but will not automatically light in a power cut.
Rechargeable Torch
Always AvailableThe lighting head can be easily removed from the main unit at any time to provide a useful rechargeable torch. Its LED technology will provide a long-lasting beam for general household use. No batteries or bulbs to replace.
