Required Information

• Brand, Model, and Serial Number of the notebook
• Picture of the notebook replacement part number and specifications

This information is necessary to ensure compatibility of the replacement part. Without it, we cannot confirm compatibility and will not be responsible if the part does not work.                                         
In case of a refund due to wrong or insufficient information supplied, shipping and admin fees will be deducted.                                    
The product has to be:

• reported as not working within 5 days of delivery
• returned in original packaging in perfect resalable condition
• without any damages

No refund will be issued if these conditions are not met.

Caution:

• We recommend professional installation! Should you decide to DIY, please follow tutorial videos on YouTube!
• Before starting the repair, please ground yourself with ESD (electrostatic discharge) strap.
• It is strongly suggested to test the screen first without removing the protective film or tags when testing. Connect the LCD with your motherboard by connector. If it doesn’t work, please contact us asap. 
• Please note that we will not be responsible for any damage caused by your improper installation.
