With Vodacom SMS Bundles you pay less than peak and off-peak rates for SMS messages, no matter when you send them. You also pay preferential SMS rates when you buy or subscribe to larger bundles.

Vodacom offers the widest range of SMS Bundles to suit everyone's needs, from the casual SMS'er to the thumb warrior. Choose one that suits your needs. If the SMS Bundle you choose doesn’t suit your text-style, Vodacom gives you the option to bundle-up and change to a size that meets your needs. That means, if you change your mind and decide you prefer to talk rather than type you can cancel your SMS Bundle at any time.

Terms & Conditions

• SMS bundles are available to all prepaid customers.
• All stated prices for the SMS bundles include VAT.
• If a prepaid customer is deactivated then any existing SMS bundle will be forfeited.
• SMSs in the bundle are for national use only.
• International and premium rated SMSs do not deplete the bundle and will be charged at their specified rates.
• The SMS bundle can be used for sending SMSs all day, there is no peak or off-peak difference.
• Once the SMS bundle has been depleted then the customer will be charged at the stated out of bundle SMS rate. These charges will deplete the Prepaid customers' airtime wallet as per normal.
• Promotional / Loyalty SMSs (when offered) will be used before the SMS bundle.

Prepaid

• To find out how many SMSs remaining customers can dial *111# free from their cellphone.
• The SMS bundle must be used within 30 days from purchase. Any unused SMSs will be forfeited on day 30.
• Prepaid customers can add multiple SMS bundles. Each purchase will recalculate the customer’s expiry date by 30 days from the customers last SMS bundle/ voucher purchase.
• Prepaid customers can purchase and load Vodacom's SMS voucher at any time. If the customer already has an SMS bundle his/her bundle will be increased to the value of SMSs of the voucher and a new expiry date will be set.
• Once a prepaid customer has purchased an SMS bundle, there are no reversals. At no time can the SMS bundle be converted to airtime credit.
• Prepaid customers migrating to different prepaid tariff plans via FreeChange will carry over their SMS bundle.
• Prepaid customers converting to Top Up will be able to retain their SMS bundle and his SMS bundle will be extended to the end of the calendar month.
• Prepaid customers converting to contract will forfeit any remaining SMS bundle at the time of conversion
